The LDI734CxxEN series offers powerful, efficient low dropout regulators (LDO) that are characterised by high stability without external capacitors. With an extremely low voltage drop of 80mV for the LDI734C3.3EN, for example, it ensures reliable voltage regulation with minimal energy loss.

Thanks to the integrated on/off function (EN), the regulator can be flexibly controlled, while the low standby current optimises energy consumption. The series is available in various fixed voltages (1.2V, 1.8V, 2.5V, 3.3V) to support different applications and is pin-compatible with many common LDOs.

For added safety, the LDI734CxxEN series features an overcurrent fuse with snap-back to protect the component from damage. In addition, the output is automatically discharged in the event of a shutdown to ensure defined behaviour in the system.
